Refund Policy for BetterMan Labs

At BetterMan Labs, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Below is our refund policy, outlining the terms and conditions under which a refund may be granted.

Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for a refund, the item(s) must meet the following criteria:

  • The item(s) must be returned in their original packaging and condition, unused, unopened, and undamaged.
  • The item(s) must be delivered back to our warehouse within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice) is required for all refund requests.

Return Process

Follow these steps to return an item:

  1. Contact Us
    Before returning an item, contact our customer support team at support@bettermanslabs.com to initiate the return process. Please include your order number and reason for return in your email.
  2. Return Shipping
    Once approved, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Use a trackable shipping method, as BetterMan Labs is not responsible for items lost during return transit (e.g., Royal Mail Tracked, DHL Tracked, FedEx).
  3. Warehouse Delivery
    Refunds will only be processed once the item has been delivered back to our warehouse. Please allow up to 10 business days for us to inspect the returned item upon receipt.

Refund Timeline

Upon successful inspection and acceptance of the returned item, we will:

  • Initiate the refund process.
  • Process the refund to the original payment method used during the purchase. Note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect on your account, depending on your payment provider.
