We make supplements and take quality and safety seriously. To protect product integrity, we do not accept returns of opened products, and we generally do not accept change-of-mind returns once an order has been dispatched. The exceptions and your legal rights are set out below.

For change-of-mind requests after dispatch, we do not offer refunds as standard. However, we may offer a credit note case by case at our discretion (e.g., if you contact us promptly and the parcel can be intercepted or is returned to sender unopened).
