Refund Policy

BetterMan Labs — Refunds, Returns & Credit Notes (UK)

We make supplements and take quality and safety seriously. To protect product integrity, we do not accept returns of opened products, and we generally do not accept change-of-mind returns once an order has been dispatched. The exceptions and your legal rights are set out below.

1) Your Statutory Rights (Always Apply)

Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights.

  • Faulty, damaged or not as described
    If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@bettermanlabs.co.uk with your order number and photos. You are entitled to a full refund or replacement under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
  • Changed your mind (distance purchases)
    For sealed goods, you have a 14-day right to cancel from the day after delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If the item remains unopened and sealed, notify us within 14 days and return it within a further 14 days; we’ll refund to your original payment method once received.

Important: This right does not apply once the product seal has been broken (health/hygiene exemption).

2) Returns We Cannot Accept

  • Unsealed/opened supplements (for health protection/hygiene).
  • Products returned without prior authorisation or beyond the legal time limits.

3) Dispatched Orders (Change of Mind)

For change-of-mind requests after dispatch, we do not offer refunds as standard. However, we may offer a credit note case by case at our discretion (e.g., if you contact us promptly and the parcel can be intercepted or is returned to sender unopened). Please email support@bettermanlabs.co.uk with your order number.

4) How to Request a Refund/Credit

Email support@bettermanlabs.co.uk with:

  • Order number
  • Reason (faulty/damaged/not as described, or cancellation of sealed item)
  • Clear photos where relevant

We’ll confirm next steps and, where applicable, provide a return authorisation and address. Unless the item is faulty/not as described, you’re responsible for return postage. Please use a tracked service.

5) Refund Timing

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider.
