I've had insomnia for over 20 years, so thought I'd at the very least give these a try.
First night I had them, I actually managed 5 or 6 hours of unbroken sleep. However, since that first night, its been very hit and miss, with an emphasis on miss.
When they work, they work, and it's more a reflection on the way my body works than the product. But if in honest, I probably won't purchase these again
